Payments are made based on the budget for the project. There must be submitted no later than one year after appropriation submitted final accounts for the project.

  • Invoice and receipt of paid invoice. So, you must upload both the invoice and the receipt.
  • Crediting of Koda Culture - Link to SoMe where credit is provided together with link to the music or image of physical copy with credit. SoMe crediting can be done using #kodakultur
  • Accounting - List your expenses and income, here it is recommended that you use the template you find during the download. Remember to justify significant deviations between the budget and the final accounting.
  • The release itself - Link to a streaming service or image of physical copy (not cover art)

  • Crediting Koda culture - it can be on flyers, posters, press material or the like, or on SoMe where credit can be made with #kodakultur

PR & Marketing: The documentation consists of 3 parts which are described below.

  • Documentation for PR and marketing campaign can be one of the following
  1. Brief description of the campaign, as well as relevant copies or screen prints of the campaign material.
  2. SoMe campaigns can be uploaded as a link or screen print
  3. Video – link to YouTube or another public site where the video is located
  • Account
  1. Expenditure and income associated with the project - including support received from other support schemes. Remember to justify significant deviations between the budget and the final accounting.
  • Crediting Koda culture can be done on any of the following
  1. On the campaign material
  2. On the relevant online platform in connection with the SoMe campaign
  3. Where the music video is published
  4. On SoMe with #kodakultur

Education:

  • Mentoring - Invoice, receipt for payment of invoice and agreement with mentor and crediting of Koda Culture on SoMe with #kodakultur
  • Education - Invoice, receipt for payment of invoice and agreement with educational institution, and crediting of Koda Culture on SoMe with #kodakultur
  • Network - paid ticket for event, as well as crediting Koda Kultur on SoMe with #kodakultur

Release:
