To get your grants payout, you must log on to the Koda online scholarship system with your NemId.

Select the application you want to upload documentation to and then upload the relevant documentation, remember to press "submit documentation" at the end.

Once we have reviewed and approved your documentation, we will automatically do a payout and you will not receive a receipt from us.

We do payouts every 14 days, it may therefore take some time from the moment you have uploaded your documentation and until you receive your payout.

For some scholarships, it is a requirement that you submit documentation to get the payout.

As a rule, you will always be able to find information about documentation requirements in the letter of commitment you received together with the grant.

For Work Grants, they are paid immediately without documentation.

For Commission Fees, the following documentation requirements apply:

  • The composer's personal info
  • final composer and funding;
  • date of place and of first performance.
  • uploading the work (score or audio)

For The Flowgrant, the following documentation requirements are.

  • Credit of Koda Culture - link to SoMe where Koda Culture is credited.
  • Invoice and receipt of paid invoice. So, you must upload both the invoice and the receipt.

For concert production and dissemination, the following documentation requirements apply.

The appropriation is given as a deficit guarantee and will be paid when the project is completed. Upload under menu item attachment:

  • final accounts of all revenue and expenditure according to the budget.
  • documentation of crediting Koda Culture.

For travel grants, the following documentation requirements apply.

  • request for disbursement.
  • final accounts
  • vouchers for the cost of accommodation and transport.

For the Release Pool, the following documentation requirements apply.

  • Crediting of Koda Culture - Link to SoMe where credit is provided together with link to the music or image of physical copy with credit. SoMe crediting can be done using #kodakultur
  • Accounting - List your expenses and income, here it is recommended that you use the template you find during the download. Remember to justify significant deviations between the budget and the final accounting.
  • The release itself - Link to a streaming service or image of physical copy (not cover art)

For the Up-and-Coming Grant, the following documentation requirements apply.

Concert:

  • You must document that the concert has taken place, e.g., in the form of a flyer, mention of the concert or anything else that documents that it has taken place.
  • Submit accounts - Expenses and income associated with the project - including support received from Koda Kultur and other support schemes. Remember to justify significant deviations between the budget and the final accounting.
  • Crediting Koda culture - it can be on flyers, posters, press material or the like, or on SoMe where credit can be made with #kodakultur

Work Grant:

  • Crediting Koda Culture on SoMe with #kodakultur

PR & Marketing: The documentation consists of 3 parts which are described below.

  • Documentation for PR and marketing campaign can be one of the following
  1. Brief description of the campaign, as well as relevant copies or screen prints of the campaign material.
  2. SoMe campaigns can be uploaded as a link or screen print
  3. Video – link to YouTube or another public site where the video is located
  • Account
  1. Expenditure and income associated with the project - including support received from other support schemes. Remember to justify significant deviations between the budget and the final accounting.
  • Crediting Koda culture can be done on any of the following
  1. On the campaign material
  2. On the relevant online platform in connection with the SoMe campaign
  3. Where the music video is published
  4. On SoMe with #kodakultur

Education:

  • Mentoring - agreement with mentor and paid course.
  • Education - agreement and paid course.
  • Network - paid ticket to event.

Release:

  • Crediting of Koda Culture - Link to SoMe where credit is provided together with link to the music or image of physical copy with credit. SoMe crediting can be done using #kodakultur
